Our core value is exceptional customer service, achieved through excellence in execution and a seamless transition of IT solutions into operations.
Founded in 1999, Intralink provides strategic IT solutions, information management services, and IS audit assurance across Canada. Our current portfolio focuses on the governance of enterprise IT, underpinned by best-practice frameworks in cybersecurity, risk, and information systems controls, with a strong track record in bespoke operational integration and software development.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
IT Enterprise Governance (GEIT) ensures the effective and efficient use of IT to help organizations achieve their objectives, as defined by ISACA. It enables operational efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Effective GRC requires integrating best practices into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions. Strong governance, risk, and compliance programs must be embedded within an organization’s IT and enterprise architecture, providing flexibility, reducing operational risk, and establishing a solid foundation for a sustainable service improvement roadmap.

Cybersecurity
According to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), cybersecurity is the practice of protecting networks, devices, and data from unauthorized access or criminal use, while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
Intralink applies the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) to align cybersecurity activities with business drivers and integrate cyber risk into enterprise risk management. The Framework provides a common structure that brings together globally recognized standards, guidelines, and leading practices to support effective and adaptable cybersecurity programs.
Enterprise Infrastructure & Application Delivery
Our lifecycle approach begins with a current-state business assessment and requirements gathering, followed by initial scoping, planning, and the design of a future state aligned with business strategy. It includes scope management and solution design; procurement or development; testing; configuration and defect management; deployment and operationalization; and the establishment of an annual Continual Service Improvement (CSI) lifecycle.
